Business Training & Consulting (BTC) is a company founded in 2000, specializing in development programs in areas such as: leadership, management, communication, mentoring, individual and group coaching at the managerial level. Through partnerships with American training companies AchieveForum, Linkage Inc. and Gallup Institute, and  cooperation with Accenture, Harvard Business School or Insead, BTC enables its clients to access the most modern business solutions.

COACHING

In the last decade, coaching has been recognized as one of the most effective forms of development. A coach helps people to become who they want - brings out what is best in them, supporting them in achieving professional and personal goals, indirectly strengthening the entire organization.

MENTORING

The role of the Mentor is primarily to help the mentee to define career goals and plan how to achieve them. The mentor does this by sharing their own experiences, knowledge, insight, perspective and wisdom.

HR SERVICES

We provide consultancy for  companies  in  HR area, taking advantage of knowledge and experiences of the consultants of BTC, AchieveForum and  Linkage  Inc.,  and using innovative diagnostic tools.

STUDENT & GRADUATE CAREER SESSION

The aim of the Student & Graduate Career Session process is to guide and support students or graduates in choosing their field of studies or a career path.

ASSESSMENT / DEVELOPMENT CENTER

Our main clients are the Management Boards and Top Management employees, therefore, considering the importance of management positions, we maintain the highest standards of work when implementing competency research projects.

DIAGNOSTIC TESTS

Diagnostic tests are the method of analysis we use, which gives the trainee or the coachee insight  in  the current level of their skills, personality traits, indicates strengths and developmental areas that they will be able to work on.

TRAINING

We develop training programs on the basis of several years of our consultants' experience and the know-how of our international partners, taking into account the specificity and culture of the client's organization, ongoing changes and current challenges.
