Magdalena Dorynek is the Business Training & Consulting Managing Partner.
For over 20 years she has been conducting development processes for various companies, mainly in the field of managerial, leadership, sales and negotiation skills, coaching-style management as well as building and maintaining a relationship with the client. She has extensive experience in analyzing the development needs of both management boards and midlevel managers and matching the most optimal training solutions.
Since 2001, Magdalena has been providing Executive Coaching for managers and leaders of international corporations, helping them to achieve development and business goals. Her experience includes over three thousand hours of individual coaching. She specializes in coaching on: leadership skills, team management, conflict resolution, communication, relationship building, career development. She prepared for the role of an accredited coach in the American company Linkage International, based on the standards of the International Coach Federation.
Before founding BTC, Magdalena introduced and then managed the entire operation of the British consulting company Huthwaite International. She has acquired numerous companies from various sectors for cooperation, incl. pharmaceutical, manufacturing, FMCG, financial and insurance.
Magdalena is a graduate of Scandinavian Studies at the University of Gdańsk. She also studied in Sweden and Norway, where her main area of interest was business psychology. She is fluent in English, Norwegian and Swedish. She conducts trainings and coaching in Polish, English and Norwegian.
