GALLUP

For over 70 years, Gallup has researched successful leaders. Basing on the CliftonStrengths questionnaire that identifies talents and strengths, we know what it takes to turn potential into performance. We have learned that leaders develop best when they can use their natural talents and base their actions on the strengths of both themselves and those who work with them.

Gallup understands talent as naturally repeating patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving that can be productively used or exploited.

For leaders, talent is often referred to as a zone of excellence, their competitive advantage, or their authentic brand. Gallup's research suggests that identification and development of natural talents is the key to unleashing full potential and  leadership skills.

Talent is the starting point and the area where a leader can be successful. Gallup works with leaders so that they can identify their natural talents using a tool of high relevance and reliability - the CliftonStrengths questionnaire.

Developed in the late 1990s, after 30 years of research experience, CliftonStrengths enables people to identify and develop areas for which they have a natural predisposition. The questionnaire measures the natural leadership talent in  under 34 talent categories and four domains, and then identifies its strongest areas. Revealing how each person naturally thinks, feels and  behaves, we can help leaders understand and use the areas where they have the greatest potential for growth and success.
