MENTORING

Mentoring is a partnership relationship between a mentor and his student (Mentee), focused on developing the mentee's potential and preparing them to function more effectively in the professional area and achieve success.

The role of a Mentor is primarily to help the Mentee define career goals and plan how to achieve them. The Mentor does this by sharing their own experiences, knowledge, insight, perspective and wisdom. Mentoring includes counseling and feedback, is based on inspiration, stimulation and leadership.

INTRODUCING A MENTORING CULTURE TO THE ORGANIZATION, BTC CONSULTANTS:

 

  • participate in the process of selecting Mentors and Mentees

  • prepare Mentors for their new role

  • prepare Mentees for the mentoring process

  • propose the most effective pairing (Mentor-Mentee)

  • conduct supervisions for Mentors, offering them constant support during the project.
