STUDENT & GRADUATE CAREER SESSION

In recent years, we have observed  a strong tendency of young people to seek answers regarding their further development and career path.  In today's world that offers a multitude of choices, this search may cause a lot of stress and uncertainty. We support high school students, university students and graduates struggling with the challenges of their life stage, helping them to define their predispositions, values and needs. As a result, their education and career decisions are well thought out and based on an understanding of their strengths and  needs.

Responding to the market needs and frequently appearing inquiries of individual clients, in cooperation with the Gallup Institute, we decided to structure this activity, and thus create a new product - BTC Student & Graduate Career Sessions.

WHAT IS THE AIM OF THE STUDENT & GRADUATE CAREER SESSION PROCESS?

The aim of the Student & Graduate Career Session process is to guide and support students or graduates in choosing their field of studies or a career path. The process will also help people who need to reassert themselves in a choice they have already made, and  those already studying but considering a change of direction by:

• Highlighting strengths and areas for development;

• Individual feedback - BTC consultants / coaches will discuss with  participant, observations from the process and provide development recommendations.

• Participation in the Student & Graduate Career Session process will allow you to get to know your strengths and learn how to use them effectively.

• You will understand which development direction is most appropriate for you and why..

• You will learn how to combine your natural predispositions and talents with your further education or career path.

We conduct sessions in Polish, English, French and Scandinavian languages.
