We have been working on Assessment / Development Center processes for over 20 years, hence our extensive experience in measuring competences and building an appropriate atmosphere allowing individual or a group to work in the most natural conditions possible.

Our main clients are the Management Boards and Top Management employees, therefore, considering the importance of management positions, we maintain the highest standards of work when implementing projects.

Our assessors have experience in projects on the Polish and international market. Each of the dedicated assessors also acts as a strategic consultant for management boards. BTC assessors conduct coaching and mentoring processes for members of the Management Board and top management in  organizations.

When conducting AC / DC projects:

  • we engage in the process of selecting competencies tested in a given AC/DC and help define their expected level, taking into account the role and importance of a given position or role in the company.

  • we take care of the appropriate preparation of the participants of the AC/DC so that their participation in the process is received positively and with commitment.

  • we have a proven, reliable evaluation system that is perfect for both local and international projects.

  • taking into account the needs of the position and organization as well as the description of competences that we are supposed to diagnose, we offer a set of exercises prepared especially for the client. Their number and nature depend on the specific profile of the competences tested and the goal set by the client.
