Our assessors have experience in projects on the Polish and international market. Each of the dedicated assessors also acts as a strategic consultant for management boards. BTC assessors conduct coaching and mentoring processes for members of the Management Board and top management in organizations.
When conducting AC / DC projects:

Their number and nature depend on the specific profile of the competences tested and the goal set by the client.
