COACHING

Coaching is a unique process of improving competences in the area that the client wants to develop. It is based on a partnership relationship and mutual trust.

 

In the last decade, coaching has been recognized as one of the most effective forms of development. We specialize in business coaching aimed at upper and middle management. We conduct individual and group coaching depending on the needs of the organization.

Coaching helps people become who they want - it brings out what's best in them. It strengthens the company not only by developing individual competences, but also by shaping appropriate attitudes.
Individual coaching is a process that develops competences that are key to the success of the participant and the organization and causes permanent changes in behavior, leading to achievements at a higher level than before.

GROUP COACHING

The need for group coaching often arises when an organization wants to increase the level of cooperation in a specific group of employees (e.g. management board, top management, a specific team).
This process consists in defining a common goal for the group, taking into account and combining the individual needs of participants, obtaining a consensus in the approach to the implementation of tasks / activities and developing a common strategy.
Group coaching provides an excellent space to discuss and verify the current way of functioning in the team and to develop more effective methods of cooperation.

We also conduct group coaching, highlighting the strengths of the team based on the methodology and tests of the Gallup Institute.
