Agnieszka Łazowska is a Senior Management Consultant and Trainer at BTC.
Agnieszka participates in the development and implementation of consulting programs in various organizations, creates competence models, programs for diagnosis, assessment and development of managerial competences. Designs and carries out Assessment/Development Center processes and outplacement programs. For many years, she has been successfully implementing workshops and trainings for top management (including topics like strategy building, managing in coaching style, building effective teams), as well as development programs for employees at various levels in the organization.

Agnieszka has many years of experience in managing the company in the area of HR consulting (including change management, talent management, competence audit). Her characteristic feature is a holistic view of the organization and offering comprehensive services supporting managers in tasks related to area of human resources.
Since 2001, Agnieszka has been conducting coaching processes for managers and leaders of international corporations (board members, midlevel and senior managers). She helps them in achieving business goals (including developing leadership and management skills). She has completed over three thousand hours of coaching in total. She was prepared for the role of an accredited coach by Co-Active Coaching Training, as well as by the American company Linkage International based on the standards of the International Coach Federation. Sh is also a certified Insights Discovery consultant.
